Q. How quickly can you collect our
consignment?
A. We aim to collect all urgent deliveries within 1/2 an hour
of the booking call (for companies located in the Medway area).

Q. How long will it take
to get a parcel to London?
A. Depending on the postcode and traffic conditions 95% of central
London sameday deliveries will normally arrive within two hours
of collection. |
Q. How much notice do
I need to give for a sameday delivery?
A. We can respond immediately to most requests but we appreciate
as much notice as possible especially for deliveries outside
of normal business hours. Anytime you need us - we are a 24/7
business. |
Q. Can you
track my parcel?
A. Yes. All drivers and riders are equipped with mobile communication
devices. |
Q. How do
I know my consignment has arrived?
A. For every parcel, datapak, envelope or pallet that we deliver,
we will obtain a clear signature, print and time of delivery
from the recipient. Customers can be provided with a hard copy
on request. We will soon be able to offer proof of deliveries
as downloadable files from this website. |
Q. Can you
collect from anywhere in the country and internationally?
A. Yes. Whether it is a sameday or overnight service that you
require, we have a network of associated partners who can assist
us with collections throughout the world. |
