Payment Terms
Non account holders will be required to pay cash, cheque
or credit card when making a booking.

Accounts held at Medway
Despatch are predominantly 30 day credit accounts. Late credit
accounts more than 35 days overdue are automatically suspended
until settlement. Commercial debt interest will be applied at
the rate of 8% pcm from due date. |

Insurance
cover
Goods In Transit Insurance to
the sum of £10,000 is standard on all sameday deliveries.
But as with all overnight parcel and pallet systems, please
ensure your valuable consignments are adequately insured or
request us to arrange further cover. Otherwise RHA terms of
carriage strictly applies and limits all hub/network claims
for loss to £1.30 p/kg. |
